Toffee & White Chip Cookies
Today was a snow day for my kids, I opted not to brave the mountain to take them skiing but instead invited friends over to play. I had 7 kids running around my tiny home, tracking snow all over the place, being loud and rambunctious. It is my favorite. So while they were occupied, I found some leftover toffee I had made a little bit ago and thought I would concoct a recipe using them. Here's the delicious end result.
